  • 01Act as a high-level partner to the Head of RE & Workplace, ensuring the ABP function aligns with Asana’s broader business goals.
  • 02Conduct comprehensive strategic audits of internal programs to assess long-term viability, impact on executive productivity, and decide whether to scale, pivot, or maintain.
  • 03Coach the high-performing ABP team to ensure accountability for work quality and consistency, aligning interactions with business context and company priorities.
  • 04Establish clear expectations for business acumen, judgment, and impact across the ABP team.
  • 05Develop a standard of excellence based on Asana Operating Principles for executive support, creating playbooks for calendar management, global travel, and meeting rhythms.
  • 06Manage headcount planning, budgeting, and workload balancing to ensure appropriate support levels and provide ABP coverage during resource constraints.
  • 07Build a sense of community and team among ABPs who are often siloed across functional departments.
  • 08Serve as a stable, empathetic, supportive coach for the ABP team, helping them navigate high‑stress roles and chart professional development paths.

  • 018+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading through change and high‑performing teams.
  • 02Experience leading remote teams and building relationships with executive leaders.
  • 03Strong strategic business acumen: ability to assess programs’ ROI using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • 04Systems thinking mindset: proficiency with tools like Asana and AI tools to create scalable processes and clarity.
  • 05Established ability to define role expectations, operating norms, and standards of excellence across executive support functions and make decisions amid ambiguity.
  • 06Executive presence: professional polish and discretion when interacting with executives, including remotely located leaders.
  • 07Resilience and stability: capable of navigating ambiguity and high‑stakes environments without transferring stress to the team.
  • 08Technical savvy: expert‑level knowledge of Google Workspace and passion for mastering Asana; curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.

  • 01Based in Asana’s Vancouver office with an office‑centric hybrid schedule.
  • 02Standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
  • 03Option to work from home on Wednesdays.
  • 04Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work and partnered teams.
  • 05Estimated base salary range: 150,000 CAD – 176,000 CAD.
