Vice President, Engineering - Authentication

- 01Work closely with Engineering managers, Directors, and SVP of Engineering to scale the Engineering Organization
- 02Lead, mentor, and coach engineering managers running distributed teams
- 03Collaborate with Product & Design to build next-generation Identity products
- 04Implement processes and policies for operational excellence during growth
- 05Maintain high security, performance, and availability SLAs
- 06Lead teams to continuously ship new features with aggressive deadlines
- 07Redefine Developer Experience for the AI era by building infrastructure for autonomous agents
- 08Monitor team structure and investment levels, providing optimization recommendations
- 09Partner with Program Management and Engineering leadership in roadmap planning
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in leading SaaS product engineering teams
- 0212+ years of experience in full-stack software development (front end, back end, data, insights)
- 03Hands-on coding experience in the past
- 043+ years of experience running or using large-scale infrastructure supporting a cloud service in AWS and/or MS Azure
- 05Background in Agentic experience, authentication, authorization, and/or Security is a big plus
- 06Extensive experience using Agile and DevOps methodologies
- 07Deep expertise in securing cloud infrastructure (security monitoring, key-based authentication, role-based authorization, audit logging, patching)
- 08Proven ability to earn respect, trust, and mentor top technical talent
- 09Technical leadership experience in design, implementation, and support of core back end, front end, customization, and database services
- 10Ability to build and lead a high-performance team
- 11Prior experience in a fast-paced and high-growth company
- 12Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range for California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $310,000 — $426,800 USD
