Обязанности
- 01Full-cycle recruiting: Own the hiring goals and recruiting process, from role kickoff through offer acceptance
- 02Sourcing excellence: Work closely with hiring managers to define what 'excellent' looks like for a given role. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools and creative outreach
- 03Candidate experience: Ensure a smooth experience for every candidate, with clear communication and timely updates throughout the process
- 04Process improvements: Continuously refine and scale recruiting processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve quality of hire
- 05Data-driven insights: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, acceptance rates) to inform strategies
Требования
- 013+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment with big headcount goals
- 02Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales teams
- 03Strong willingness to take ownership of a team's hiring goals and proactively drive recruiting process improvements to achieve those goals
- 04Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- 05Excellent written and verbal communication skills
