Обязанности
- 01Conduct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles (AE, Sales Leadership, SDR/BDR, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships)
- 02Partner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans and ideal candidate profiles
- 03Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and SaaS markets
- 04Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- 05Work with other Lead GTM Recruiter to manage and improve structured interview processes to ensure rigor, equity, and speed
- 06Work with Lead GTM Recruiter for offer strategy and close top-tier talent in competitive markets
- 07Use data to track funnel health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring efficiency
- 08Enhance employer branding within the AI and startup ecosystem
- 09Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate external agencies as needed
Требования
- 012+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep focus on GTM hiring
- 02Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C strongly preferred)
- 03Proven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders
- 04Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent
- 05Comfort partnering directly with executives and influencing hiring decisions
- 06Data-driven mindset with strong operational rigor
- 07High ownership mentality and you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- 08Passion for AI and emerging technology markets
