Technical Consultant II

- 01Onboard new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement
- 02Engage with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design
- 03Share best practices related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build
- 04Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements, provide feedback, and identify platform enhancement opportunities
- 05Act as a Workato evangelist demonstrating automation capabilities in direct deployments and embedded solutions
- 06Serve as a trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato
- 07Participate in post‑onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on integration and process optimizations
- 08Create or enhance content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses
- 09Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service experience
- 10Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Требования
- 013+ years of hands‑on experience in solutions and implementation consulting
- 02Knowledge of integrations and system design principles
- 03Understanding of technology and industry trends in app integration
- 04Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres
- 05Experience with on‑premise infrastructure and cloud‑based deployments, configurations, monitoring and management
- 06Understanding of the SDLC and end‑to‑end experience in developing, supporting and troubleshooting integrations
- 07Ability to create quality technical documentation
- 08Experience with at least one integration platform (Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite)
- 09Experience with cloud business applications (Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) is a plus
- 10Experience with web development frameworks and JavaScript (frontend and backend) is a plus
- 11Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions is a plus
- 12Experience embedding third‑party integrations or iFrames into web apps is a plus
