Solutions Consultant

  • 01Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle and provide a consultative approach in advising customers
  • 02Team with AEs, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize the platform and drive technical sales stages to completion
  • 03Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to make the solution a reality for the customer
  • 04Articulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to various audiences
  • 05Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle
  • 06Perform business and technical discovery with prospects and architect proposed solutions using Workato products
  • 07Manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote
  • 08Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • 09Collect feedback from the field and channel it to Product Management and Engineering for roadmap planning
  • 10Represent the product at field events such as conferences and seminars

Требования

  • 015+ years of pre‑sales experience in a SaaS organization
  • 02Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals
  • 03Hands‑on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs and databases
  • 04Experience with cloud technologies – iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure
  • 05Ability to develop customer‑specific value propositions and roadmaps
  • 06Good knowledge of integration vendors such as MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic
  • 07Understanding of AI‑driven integration and orchestration (practical experience a plus)
  • 08BA/BS or equivalent education; Computer Science degree a plus
  • 09Fluent in Dutch
  • 10Strong written and oral communication skills in English
