Chief Strategic Architect

- 01Serve as Workato's technical authority and strategic advisor to critical prospects, customers, and the broader market within an assigned region
- 02Act as the external-facing voice of Workato's innovation and technical vision, elevating conversations with senior leaders
- 03Build technical trust across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to strategic expansion
- 04Engage directly with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers) to shape integration strategies
- 05Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, providing strategic guidance
- 06Act as a technical closer in competitive deals, articulating Workato's architectural differentiation
- 07Shape and guide customers' AI and agentic automation journeys, advising on agent-based workflows and human-in-the-loop models
- 08Partner with customer executives to define enterprise MCP (Model Context Protocol) strategies
- 09Lead 'Art of the Possible' workshops to shift customer thinking on integration and automation
- 10Represent Workato at industry conferences, advisory boards, analyst briefings, and partner events
- 11Create high-impact thought leadership content (blogs, white papers, webinars, etc.)
- 12Accelerate deal velocity through technical validation, competitive differentiation, and executive trust-building
- 13Identify and shape strategic expansion opportunities by uncovering automation and AI-driven initiatives
- 14Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on account strategy and competitive positioning

- 01Deep immersion into Workato's AI vision, product roadmap, and GTM strategy
- 02Shadow at least 10 executive customer conversations initially
- 03Develop an initial point of view for engagement with CIO/CTO/CDO personas
- 04Lead strategic engagements with enterprise accounts
- 05Co-develop executive playbooks with Sales and Product teams
- 06Establish feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams
- 07Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives in 5+ strategic accounts
- 08Co-create first AI-driven integration use cases with customers
- 09Establish a thought leadership presence through content and speaking
- 10Build lasting peer-to-peer relationships as the go-to expert on enterprise integration, AI orchestration, and automation
- 11Influence enterprise architecture decisions and multi-year technology strategies at the executive level
- 12Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable enterprise use cases
- 13Establish oneself as a recognized authority across iPaaS, API Management (APIM), data orchestration, EDI, and AI/Agentic automation
- 14Shape industry narratives and best practices to establish Workato as the category leader
