Senior Director, Growth Marketing

- 01Define and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
- 02Own and optimize web presence, including roadmap, conversion experiments, and storytelling
- 03Lead paid acquisition channels such as search, social, affiliate, display, SEO and partnerships
- 04Build lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, in‑app and push, improving onboarding and advocacy
- 05Establish experimentation culture with A/B testing, funnel analysis and cohort reporting
- 06Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and business impact
- 07Lead annual and quarterly growth planning, forecasting and budget allocation
- 08Partner with product, brand, analytics, finance and sales teams to align growth initiatives
- 09Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing growth marketing team and external agencies
Требования
- 0110+ years of progressive experience in growth, demand generation or performance marketing
- 025+ years of leadership experience managing high‑performing marketing teams
- 03Proven success scaling customer acquisition and retention programs in fast‑growth environments
- 04Deep expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization and attribution
- 05Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, Marketo or similar platforms
- 06Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- 07Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
- 08Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- 09Highly data‑driven with a bias toward action and experimentation
- 10Collaborative leader comfortable in cross‑functional environments

- 02Base salary range Tier 2: $231,378 – $289,223 USD
- 03Base salary range Tier 3: $210,344 – $262,930 USD
