- 01Define and evolve Calendly's integrated brand amplification strategy across social, PR, and advocacy channels
- 02Lead and develop a team including a Social Media Lead, Customer Advocacy Lead, and PR Contractor
- 03Oversee Calendly's social media strategy and execution, developing platform strategies and content pillars
- 04Guide and provide strategic direction to the PR contractor, shaping Calendly's narrative and media opportunities
- 05Build and scale customer advocacy programs to activate brand champions for reviews, testimonials, and case studies
- 06Partner with Internal Communications and Employee Experience to activate employees as authentic brand voices
- 07Partner cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, and demand gen teams to develop content and campaigns
- 08Establish KPIs and a reporting cadence to measure the impact of brand, PR, and advocacy programs
Требования
- 0115+ years of progressive experience in brand, communications, or marketing roles
- 02At least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership position managing cross-functional teams
- 03Demonstrated track record of developing and scaling integrated brand amplification strategies across social media and customer advocacy channels
- 04Proven experience leading and developing direct reports and contractor/agency relationships
- 05Deep expertise in B2B social media strategy and content development across platforms like LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- 06Comfort working with and providing strategic guidance to PR contractors or agency partners
- 07Experience building or scaling customer advocacy, reference, or community programs
- 08Data-driven mindset with the ability to establish KPIs and measure program effectiveness
