  • 02Establish a unified measurement framework across paid, organic, ABM, events, and lifecycle
  • 03Quantify marketing’s contribution to sourced and influenced pipeline
  • 04Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure alignment across the funnel
  • 05Define standardized KPIs across integrated campaigns and channels
  • 06Develop reporting frameworks that go beyond MQLs to pipeline and revenue efficiency
  • 07Analyze channel mix performance and recommend budget optimization
  • 08Support holistic search strategy by evaluating blended paid + organic performance
  • 09Ensure that campaign decisions are informed by ROI, not vanity metrics
  • 10Develop account-level performance dashboards
  • 11Measure engagement depth, buying group influence, and deal acceleration impact
  • 12Identify patterns across high-performing accounts
  • 13Partner with ABM and Events teams to optimize field and event ROI
  • 14Support Build predictive models for pipeline generation and conversion
  • 15Support annual and quarterly planning with data-driven projections
  • 16Model spend scenarios and CAC/LTV tradeoffs
  • 17Identify leading indicators of pipeline performance
  • 18Partner with RevOps to ensure clean, scalable data architecture
  • 19Improve tracking integrity across campaigns and channels
  • 20Ensure marketing automation and CRM data consistency
  • 21Build dashboards that are actionable and trusted by leadership
  • 22Hire and manage 2 direct reports (e.g., Marketing Analyst)
  • 23Develop analytical rigor across the broader marketing organization
  • 24Establish documentation, processes, and governance standards
  • 25Elevate data literacy across campaigns, ABM, digital, and search teams

  • 0110+ years in marketing analytics, revenue analytics, or growth analytics in B2B environments
  • 02Experience supporting demand generation, ABM, and paid media
  • 03Deep expertise in attribution modeling and funnel analysis
  • 04Experience managing analytics or BI teams
  • 05Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • 06Familiarity with SEO/SEM performance frameworks and multi-channel measurement
  • 07Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
  • 08Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • 09Strong understanding of attribution models (multi-touch, W-shaped, data-driven, etc.)
  • 10Experience building forecasting and predictive models
  • 11Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, and pipeline velocity metrics
  • 12Revenue-first mindset
  • 13Ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights
  • 14Strong cross-functional partnership skills
  • 15Strategic thinker with operational rigor
  • 16Comfortable operating at both hands-on and executive levels
