  • 01Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and/or cross-selling and upselling existing customers
  • 02Uncover and connect with ideal clients through a combination of self-prospecting and collaboration with SDR team
  • 03Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs
  • 04Create a value-add solution, demonstrating Flexport’s capabilities through remote and in-person meetings
  • 05Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients, helping them plan for upcoming business
  • 06Navigate, bundle, and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain/shipment lifecycle
  • 07Work closely with all internal teams (Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, Customs, etc.) to drive a best-in-class customer experience
  • 08Lead the customer onboarding process by leveraging internal resources and teams
  • 09Lead discovery calls with prospects to uncover supply chain processes
  • 10Project manage the complexities of a global supply chain
  • 11Review customer’s growth strategy with their Flexport Operations Team
  • 12Travel with prospective clients to tour Flexport warehouses
  • 13Share best practices with the broader sales team in peer learning sessions

Требования

  • 015+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries
  • 02At least 2 years’ experience in a full cycle (prospecting to closing), quota-carrying sales role
  • 03Obsession with client happiness
  • 04Competitive and creative drive to win over customers
  • 05Proven ability to think outside the box to close deals
  • 06Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process
  • 07Proven success building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
  • 08Naturally curious and inquisitive approach to client discovery
  • 09Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • 10Ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments
  • 11Ability to learn fast, strong work ethic, and a burning desire to grow into a top 5% sales executive
