- 01Acquire and develop net-new enterprise customers through a structured, consultative sales process
- 02Manage moderately complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, longer decision timelines, and tailored solutions
- 03Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and initial onboarding
- 04Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise customers, meeting/exceeding individual quotas
- 05Build and manage a pipeline through self-prospecting and SDR-supported outreach
- 06Qualify opportunities rigorously, aligning customer needs and timing with Flexport’s capabilities
- 07Maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC)
- 08Lead in-depth discovery with enterprise customers to understand supply chain challenges
- 09Engage multiple stakeholders across procurement, ops, finance, and leadership functions
- 10Translate complex customer requirements into tailored, value-driven Flexport solutions
- 11Demonstrate Flexport’s platform and services through remote and in-person meetings
- 12Manage longer, more complex sales cycles with discipline and clear next-step ownership
- 13Lead commercial discussions in alignment with Flexport pricing and contracting frameworks
- 14Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Solutions, Finance, Legal) to shape and progress deals
- 15Lead the customer onboarding process by mobilizing and aligning internal teams and resources
- 16Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
- 17Begin establishing long-term, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Требования
- 013+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
- 02Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- 03Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery, solution design, and demo meetings with multiple stakeholders
- 04Strong prospecting mindset, including comfort with cold outreach and complex discovery conversations
- 05Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and value-selling skills
- 06High learning agility, strong work ethic, and ambition to grow into a top-performing enterprise sales professional
- 07Background in logistics or freight forwarding preferred
- 08Fluent in German and English
- 09French or Italian are a plus
