  • 01Navigate complex organizational hierarchies with key client executives and stakeholders
  • 02Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health and improve experience
  • 03Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities
  • 04Track client financial health and ensure consistent payment schedules
  • 05Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
  • 06Scope and guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities
  • 07Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent account management
  • 08Monitor client metrics and work with Global Operations to meet expectations and resolve escalations
  • 09Prepare content for regular client touch points and highlight value and improvement opportunities
  • 10Architect 3‑year supply chain roadmaps aligned with client global goals
  • 11Drive product adoption with client stakeholders
  • 12Review and document client success criteria and refine them as needs evolve
  • 13Maintain data in Salesforce to monitor health of book of business
  • 14Mentor and coach fellow Account Managers

Требования

  • 015+ years experience in supply chain operations, sales/account management or client‑facing role
  • 022+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain
  • 03Proven track record of (cross) selling a product
  • 04Strong commercial acumen and business focus
  • 05Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • 06Hands‑on, process‑oriented and structured thinking
  • 07Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
  • 08Detail‑oriented with ability to analyze metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • 09Ability to work globally with teams in Asia, North America and Latin America
