- 01Lead a high-performing Customer Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing team
- 02Manage all customer marketing communications to drive adoption and usage of Fin's AI agent and helpdesk product
- 03Deliver an excellent customer experience for current customers
- 04Act as the gatekeeper of customer messaging across in-product channels and email
- 05Lead customer communications for product launches, events, and product changes
- 06Span across the customer lifecycle: Conversion, Activation/Onboarding, Usage, Maturity, Expansion, Churn mitigation
- 07Implement and oversee the platforms/tooling stack used by the team
- 08Work with multiple senior stakeholders across Growth, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Support teams
- 09Foster a team culture focused on Fin values
- 10Deliver 2x output, leading by example
- 11Build relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives
- 12Account for the quality of everything the team delivers - copy, design, data, targeting
- 13Deliver direct feedback and maintain a high bar for excellence
- 14Be accountable for overall team results and performance
- 15Ensure sufficient and robust measurement, share learnings, and report on project results and future team plans
- 16Manage team roadmap/planning and project prioritization

Требования
- 017+ years experience in customer marketing/campaigns, working across Conversion, Activation/Onboarding, Adoption, and Expansion
- 02AI-first approach to marketing: proficient in AI tooling, including Claude Code experience
- 03Demonstrate significant usage of AI to build strategy, develop and deploy campaigns, and measure performance with clear evidence of speed and quality gains
- 043+ years experience of leading a team and mentoring team members
- 05Experience in the B2B SaaS, tech, or AI industry
- 06Extremely proactive with little guidance from leadership
- 07Strong stakeholder management with a track record of successful partnerships with Product/R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and other Marketing teams
- 08Knowledge of the Fin platform and Marketo
- 09Experience implementing new Marketing Automation tools, working with Ops and external teams to deliver projects
- 10Experience with multiple marketing automation/email platforms is a bonus
