  • 01Independently manage pipeline by developing account book and outbound efforts within large accounts
  • 02Proactively manage renewal lifecycle for book of business to ensure long‑term partnership
  • 03Employ a structured, data‑driven sales process and provide accurate weekly forecasting
  • 04Act as a consultative partner using value selling and ROI analysis to solve customer problems
  • 05Lead cross‑functional account teams, coordinating solution engineers, CSMs, product and marketing
  • 06Develop deep product and AI fluency and articulate solution impact on customer KPIs
  • 07Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding support workflows and executive priorities

Требования

  • 013+ years B2B SaaS closing experience with consistent quota achievement
  • 02Experience in CS, CX or CRM is a significant advantage
  • 03Proven ability to generate own pipeline and manage a book of business
  • 04Strong business acumen with value‑based selling, ROI articulation and negotiation skills
  • 05Technical curiosity and ability to learn AI concepts and translate them for technical and non‑technical buyers
  • 06Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing projects
  • 07Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • 08High coachability, intellectual curiosity and growth mindset
  • 09Bonus: practical experience with Value Selling, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, AI‑enabled products, automation tools, additional European languages
