- 01Independently manage pipeline by developing account book and outbound efforts within large accounts
- 02Proactively manage renewal lifecycle for book of business to ensure long‑term partnership
- 03Employ a structured, data‑driven sales process and deliver accurate weekly forecasting
- 04Act as a consultative partner using value selling and ROI analysis to solve customer problems
- 05Lead cross‑functional account teams, aligning Solution Engineers, CSMs, Product and Marketing
- 06Develop deep understanding of Fin's AI product suite and articulate its impact on customer KPIs
- 07Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding support workflows and executive priorities
Требования
- 015+ years B2B SaaS closing experience with proven quota attainment
- 02Experience in CS, CX or CRM is a significant advantage
- 03Demonstrated ability to generate own pipeline and manage existing book of business
- 04Strong consultative and strategic selling skills, including value‑based selling and ROI articulation
- 05Technical curiosity and ability to learn AI concepts and translate them for both technical and non‑technical buyers
- 06Proven cross‑functional influence and project leadership
- 07Excellent written and verbal communication in French (business level) and English
- 08Growth mindset, coachability and continuous learning
- 09Bonus: experience with Value Selling, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, AI‑enabled products, additional European languages
