- 01Drive pipeline and revenue by independently managing your pipeline through developing accounts and outbound efforts within large accounts
- 02Secure customer renewals by proactively managing the renewal lifecycle for your book of business
- 03Execute a strategic sales process using a structured, data-driven approach for prioritization and forecasting
- 04Act as a consultative partner using strategic selling skills like value selling and ROI analysis to solve customer problems
- 05Lead cross-functional account teams by aligning internal resources like Solution Engineers, CSMs, Product, and Marketing
- 06Master product and AI fluency to articulate how the solution connects to customer KPIs and long-term value
- 07Strengthen customer relationships by understanding their workflows, metrics, and priorities to position as a long-term partner
Требования
- 015+ years in a B2B SaaS closing role with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- 02Experience in CS, CX, or CRM is a significant advantage
- 03Business development mindset with ability to generate your own pipeline while managing your book of business
- 04Consultative and strategic acumen with experience in value-based selling, ROI articulation, and effective negotiation
- 05Technical and AI curiosity with commitment to autonomously learning about AI and translating features into business outcomes
- 06Cross-functional influence with ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams to move deals forward
- 07Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages to various audiences
- 08Growth mindset with high coachability, intellectual curiosity, and drive for learning
- 09Fluent German to a solid business level is essential
