Account Executive, MidMarket (LATAM)

- 01Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing) in the LATAM market
- 02Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently prospecting to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- 03Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance
- 04Stay updated on product knowledge and evolving processes
- 05Develop and deliver tailored product demos to address each client’s unique challenges and needs
- 06Take a consultative approach to sales, identifying and addressing customer pain points while positioning our solutions as trusted partners
- 07Focus on exceeding sales targets and demonstrating competitiveness
- 08Engage in team development and mentoring
- 09Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product)
- 10Contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business, pioneering new best practices and driving projects to up level the team
- 11Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions, customer needs, and product updates
- 12Use creative problem-solving to overcome obstacles and close deals
- 13Leverage sales tools and CRM software to track leads, progress, and activities
- 14Negotiate contract terms to close deals while maintaining healthy margins
- 15Exhibit grit and determination to succeed, overcoming challenges and driving results
- 16Willingness to travel within the country to support client needs and business objectives
Требования
- 014+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- 022+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
- 03Must be fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is also a plus
- 04Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
- 05Exceptional written and verbal communication
- 06Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes
- 07Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape
- 08Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
- 09Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
