Senior Partnerships Manager, LATAM

- 01Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners in LATAM
- 02Act as main point of contact for partner inquiries and foster open communication
- 03Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships
- 04Negotiate, close, and manage partnership agreements aligned with business goals
- 05Recruit new partners across LATAM and support their onboarding
- 06Develop go-to-market strategies for partner launches and promotions
- 07Track partner performance, sales targets, and growth metrics
- 08Run weekly forecasts with partners and provide performance insights
- 09Implement joint business plans to drive revenue growth and market share
- 10Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams on regional initiatives
- 11Coordinate co-branded campaigns and marketing materials
- 12Report partner performance, KPIs, and sales metrics to senior management
- 13Monitor LATAM market trends, regulations, and best practices to shape strategies
Требования
- 018+ years experience in partner management, business development, or sales focused on LATAM markets
- 02Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships
- 03Experience in B2B SaaS or AI environments
- 04Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal); Spanish a plus; English proficiency required
- 05Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 06Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- 07Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and generate actionable insights
