- 01Shape the ICP and audience for Helpdesk
- 02Lead positioning and messaging for the Helpdesk product area
- 03Define and build the narrative for Fin's AI-first Helpdesk vision
- 04Partner with Product on communicating product investment to customers
- 05Build crisp, high-impact narratives and enablement for sales
- 06Work with Customer Success and Account Management on messaging
- 07Create high-quality core PMM assets: web pages, decks, launch materials
- 08Lead launches and go-to-market moments
- 09Drive cross-functional alignment on messaging
Требования
- 015+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B
- 02Experience owning a core product area end-to-end
- 03Experience in fast-moving environments where product ships faster than messaging
- 04Experience with customer retention or expansion motions is a plus
- 05Excellent written communication skills
- 06Strong editorial judgment
- 07Ability to push back on vague claims and force specificity
- 08Product-obsessed and technically engaged
- 09Genuine curiosity about AI
- 10Fluency in using AI tools
- 11Ability to operate at intersection of strategy and execution
- 12Strong judgment and ability to work independently
