Finance Operations & COE Manager

  • 01Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring every new SKU or pricing model is supported by our billing engine and accounting policies
  • 02Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization
  • 03Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle, streamlining processes from initial CRM quotes to final revenue recognition
  • 04Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams by documenting detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • 05Ensure all system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls in close collaboration with Revenue Accounting
  • 06Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and training programs to ensure finance and sales teams are confident in new processes

Требования

  • 016+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • 02Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606)
  • 03Technical proficiency with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM/Billing tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro
  • 04Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and hitting deadlines with diverse stakeholders
  • 05Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

  • 01Base salary range between $164,000 - $186,000
