Financial Analyst, FP&A

01Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance; highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior management
02Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis for our internal teams
03Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to help scale our FP&A practices; support company-wide planning and forecasting processes in a manner that is both efficient and effective
04Establish and maintain relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (including executives, team leads, and program leads), and serve as a key point of contact for all things finance
05Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required to support our growing global business
06Deliver insights and provide recommendations for supporting sustainable and efficient growth globally
07Help drive improvements to forecast accuracy, enhance corporate reporting, establish and improve finance processes, and help scale our systems

01Experience in FP&A or corporate finance with a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
02Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, and communication skills
03Excellent business judgment and intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
04Track record of presenting complex financial analyses clearly and concisely to senior management
05Maintain calmness in the face of uncertainty and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
06Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies , with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

01Role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule
02The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
03Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays
04Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner
05Estimated base salary range is between $116,000 - $122,000
06Compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits
