Sales Engineer - Credit

Обязанности
- 01Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process
- 02Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Plaid can best address their use cases and technical requirements. Specifically, to design solutions and share best practices throughout the sales process
- 03Engage deeply with technical stakeholders in the pre-sales process to drive alignment and buy-in
- 04Provide demonstrations, address technical questions, architect implementation solution(s) and handle RFP responses in a thorough and expedient manner
- 05Take a hands-on role in POCs, where inquisitive and critical thinking is needed to identify, diagnose, and rectify any performance shortfalls
- 06Constantly re-evaluate selling assets and process to enable more efficient/effective messaging to customers
- 07Work with our engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights
- 08Collaborate with current SE team to up-level team knowledge and capabilities
Требования
- 015-7+ years of customer facing experience selling to large enterprises
- 02Familiarity with Identity Verification, stolen, synthetic, and first‑party fraud or Income Verification, Cash Flow Underwriting
- 03Fluency in insights products and underlying statistical/ML models, translating analytical outputs into clear, actionable customer recommendations.
- 04A strong sense of customer empathy
- 05A background that combines business experience and technical acumen.
- 06Strong communications skills with a confident and proactive approach to client management.
- 07Consultative mindset with ability to translate technical choices into business value
- 08Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly
- 09Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture specific to interfacing with API platforms
- 10Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
