Обязанности

  • 01Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia, setting the regional approach to pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement
  • 02Own the full event life cycle for the region - Drive logistics, operations and execution of all planned events
  • 03Help shape event themes, close collaboration with local marketing team, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing
  • 04Build and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing calendar spanning field events, executive programs, ABM campaigns, and digital demand generation
  • 05Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for the Scandinavia sales leadership team, co-developing go-to-market plans and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities
  • 06Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
  • 07Drive account-based marketing at scale for the region's most strategic accounts, coordinating across marketing disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs
  • 08Mentor and provide guidance to junior field marketing team members across EMEA, raising the team's collective capability and program quality
  • 09Contribute to EMEA-wide marketing strategy discussions, bringing Nordics market insight and challenging assumptions
  • 10Collaborate with the alliances' organization on Snowflake’s strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events
  • 11Establish measurement frameworks and reporting cadences that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue influence, and customer expansion

Требования

  • 018+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology
  • 02Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one
  • 03Proven track record of negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
  • 04Track record of building trusted, peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing joint planning without direct authority
  • 05Deep experience running executive engagement programs and high-stakes field events that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes
  • 06Experience running 300+ attendee events
  • 07Strong command of account-based marketing strategy, from account selection through multi-channel activation and measurement
  • 08Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms as supporting tools
  • 09Experience using AI workflows to drive scale and efficiency is strongly preferred
  • 10Fluency in English
  • 11Fluency in Swedish
  • 12Another Nordic language is a significant plus
