Обязанности

  • 01Achieve sales quotas for allocated prospective accounts on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
  • 02Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth
  • 03Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution within the marketplace
  • 04Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • 05Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
  • 06Manage sales process and opportunity closure
  • 07Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • 08Be familiar with solution-based approach to selling
  • 09Manage a complex sales process
  • 10Maintain excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management capabilities

Требования

  • 017+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or cloud related technology
  • 025+ years industry-focused experience generating new business within prospective enterprise accounts
  • 03Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
  • 04Experience hitting quota of $1M+ of ARR per year
  • 05Track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
  • 06Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
  • 07Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude
  • 08Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • 09Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • 10Executive level relationship management
  • 11Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT
