  • 01Qualify leads based on company Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • 02Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • 03Schedule product demos or meetings with Account Executives
  • 04Track and update lead activity in the CRM
  • 05Identify and research potential target accounts
  • 06Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • 07Create and execute outbound prospecting campaigns
  • 08Personalize messaging to engage decision-makers

Требования

  • 01Background in Sales or Recruitment, preferably in B2B SaaS or related tech sectors
  • 02Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • 03Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • 04Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (phone, listening, writing)
  • 05Self‑driven with entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation
  • 06Comfortable working in a quota‑carrying environment
  • 07Commitment to work onsite in downtown office five days per week until monthly target is met
