- 01Qualify leads based on company Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- 02Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- 03Schedule product demos or meetings with Account Executives
- 04Track and update lead activity in the CRM
- 05Identify and research potential target accounts
- 06Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- 07Create and execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- 08Personalize messaging to engage decision-makers
Требования
- 01Background in Sales or Recruitment, preferably in B2B SaaS or related tech sectors
- 02Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- 03Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- 04Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (phone, listening, writing)
- 05Self‑driven with entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation
- 06Comfortable working in a quota‑carrying environment
- 07Commitment to work onsite in downtown office five days per week until monthly target is met
