Regional Director of Sales, Mid Market

Обязанности
- 01Lead and grow a US-based Mid-Market team focused on driving ARR across companies in the 100–1,000 employee range
- 02Drive a strong pipeline generation culture where outbound is a shared responsibility
- 03Coach AEs on discovery depth, deal qualification (MEDDPICC), and multi-threading across lines of business
- 04Balance velocity with deal quality–ensuring predictable forecasting and strong conversion metrics
- 05Proactively recruit top Mid-Market talent and build a strong bench
- 06Refine segmentation, territory design, and playbooks to support repeatable scale
- 07Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive new logo acquisition and structured expansion
Требования
- 01Proven leadership experience managing Mid-Market SaaS sales teams
- 02Experience managing teams in heavy outbound/sales-led organisations; operational excellence and rigour around pipeline generation (PG)
- 03Experience in reputable, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC & Command of the Message
- 04Proactive recruitment and team-building experience (bonus for headhunting reps)
- 05Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- 06Experience with rapid growth and understanding of associated opportunities and challenges
- 07Superior process and time-management skills
