Обязанности
- 01Own and manage the Deal Desk function for APAC, serving as the primary partner to Sales leadership and ensuring deals are structured strategically, compliant with internal policies, and accurately booked
- 02Translate and operationalize Vanta policies and strategy for APAC - adapt global pricing, deal frameworks, and Deal Desk standards to reflect regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and local business practices while maintaining alignment with company objectives
- 03Build strong partnerships with Sales teams and leadership to expedite deals, enhance process efficiency, and position Deal Desk as a strategic advisor earlier in the sales cycle
- 04Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, managing all aspects of deal execution including pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard requests
- 05Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows, ensure scalability, and maintain alignment across functions
- 06Lead and drive operational improvements - identifying process gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and helping to mature Deal Desk systems as Vanta grows
- 07Support Finance during month-end close and audits, ensuring all deals are accurately reconciled between systems and the statement of record
- 08Provide analytical insight into deal trends and process efficiency, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
- 09Educate and enable Sales teams on process changes, policy updates, and Deal Desk best practices to improve deal velocity and compliance
- 10Be a builder in a fast-growing environment, proactively developing frameworks, tools, and processes that drive operational excellence and global alignment across regions
Требования
- 016+ years of deal desk experience with at least 2+ years experience as a people leader
- 02Proven relationship builder who can partner effectively with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, GTM Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders across geographies (EMEA and NAMER)
- 03Experience across various business models, supporting both subscription-based and consumption-based revenue structures
- 04Strong operational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 05Builder mindset: comfortable working through ambiguity and maturing processes and systems; proactive in identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing scalable improvements
- 06Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- 07Experience managing high deal volumes and tight deadlines during end-of-month and end-of-quarter cycles
- 08Clear and concise communicator, able to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and advocate for Deal Desk as a strategic partner
- 09Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
