- 01Proactively build net new pipeline and create momentum within accounts
- 02Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, demoing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and close
- 03Run high-quality discovery calls to uncover business outcomes and technical requirements
- 04Deliver live demos and tailored storytelling, including light solution design such as workspace architecture, permissions, rollout approach, and integrations
- 05Navigate complex commercial-stage requirements (security, legal, procurement) with cross‑functional partners
- 06Forecast accurately and execute with high velocity to meet or exceed quota
- 07Partner with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to bring customer insights back to the business
Требования
- 011–3 years of closing experience in a full‑cycle quota‑carrying role with consistent attainment
- 02Fluency in English and Japanese
- 03Experience selling to or working with technical buyer personas (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, VP Product)
- 04Outbound discipline and ability to manage the full sales cycle including discovery, demo, and closing
- 05Proven ability to run multi‑threaded deals and influence complex customer organizations
- 06Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them clearly
- 07Hands‑on experience using AI to improve personal workflow and discuss AI‑enabled work patterns
- 08Comfort with ambiguity and ability to refine commercial motion and processes
