- 01Drive revenue growth by bringing on new logos
- 02Build strategic relationships with customers and engineering organizations
- 03Help discover, adopt, and expand use of Cursor
- 04Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close
- 05Build and manage a healthy pipeline, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets
- 06Develop executive relationships and day-to-day champions within each account
- 07Guide prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts
- 08Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
- 09Design and execute innovative sales strategies
- 10Analyze market trends and translate high-level plans into targeted activities and campaigns
- 11Be the voice of the customer and influence the roadmap with actionable feedback
Требования
- 015-7+ years of closing experience in tech sales
- 02Ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging technologies
- 031-3 years of experience selling into Enterprise companies
- 04Consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota
- 05Experience managing a high velocity of deals
- 06Comfort navigating complex sales cycles and selling to technical stakeholders
- 07Proactive pipeline building through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up
- 08Analytical approach to understanding customer needs combined with creative, tactical follow-through
- 09Excellent communication skills to present confidently and build trust across all levels of an organization
