  • 01Unblock customers facing setup issues and complex architectural challenges
  • 02Identify patterns and build solutions to prevent recurring problems
  • 03Partner with CSMs to understand business objectives and translate them into technical reality
  • 04Conduct deep technical discovery and design deployable implementation paths
  • 05Build reusable assets like technical guides, templates, scripts, or reference implementations
  • 06Capture customer challenges and propose interim solutions to inform product roadmap
  • 07Design pragmatic solutions like workarounds or custom scripts when standard functionality is insufficient

Требования

  • 016-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role
  • 02Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 03Experience with JavaScript and related technologies like Node.js or TypeScript
  • 04Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices
  • 05Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly
  • 06Experience building technical collateral that scales
  • 07Comfort engaging both individual developers and enterprise architects
  • 08Fluent in Spanish
  • 09Comfortable in Postman and familiar with developer tools like GitHub, AWS, Azure
