Senior Fullstack Software Engineer - (Customer Journey)

- 01Own and improve key product journeys from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase
- 02Build and refine user experiences that help developers and teams quickly understand and realize the value of Postman
- 03Design and implement features that drive adoption of core platform capabilities across different user types (individuals, teams, and AI-assisted workflows)
- 04Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements across the user journey
- 05Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate the impact of changes
- 06Develop a deep understanding of how developers use Postman—individually and collaboratively—and apply those insights to improve the product
- 07Iterate quickly, delivering thoughtful, incremental improvements that compound over time
- 08Contribute to the evolution of our onboarding and discovery systems as the product and customer base continue to grow
Требования
- 018+ years of experience building frontend or full-stack applications with a focus on product and user experience
- 02Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with modern frameworks like React or Next.js
- 03Track record of building and improving product experiences that drive user engagement and adoption
- 04Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions
- 05Strong product sense and attention to detail—you care deeply about how things work and feel
- 06Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive them to clear outcomes
- 07Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions
- 08Curiosity about how developers work, and a desire to build tools that make them more effective

- 02Reasonably estimated salary ranges from $210,000 to $240,000 plus a competitive equity package
