Senior Solutions Architect

- 01Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, guiding customers through every stage of the API lifecycle
- 02Develop deep understanding of customers' strategic initiatives and align Postman’s platform to support outcomes such as digital acceleration and API monetization
- 03Define and drive joint success plans that reflect both technical enablement and business value realization
- 04Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business drivers into actionable technical strategies using Postman products
- 05Articulate complex problem spaces into clear implementation paths and provide proactive advisory on API design, testing, monitoring, collaboration, and consumption
- 06Identify recurring usage patterns and friction points, contribute to internal playbooks and reusable architectures, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- 07Partner with Product Managers during roadmap reviews, early access programs, and pilot deployments
- 08Discover new use cases and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth
- 09Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships on account strategy and execution
- 10Lead or contribute to cross‑functional account reviews, QBRs and internal deal desk discussions
- 11Build long‑term relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders and represent Postman in briefings, workshops and co‑innovation sessions
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect or Enterprise Consultant
- 02Experience working with Fortune 500 or large‑scale global enterprises in complex multi‑cloud or hybrid environments
- 03Proven track record of driving enterprise adoption of API platforms and delivering measurable impact
- 04Strong ability to translate business goals into technical solutions and to influence stakeholder decisions
