  • 01Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • 02Engage senior buyers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) to position Postman as a critical platform solution
  • 03Drive multi‑threaded sales campaigns expanding usage and converting developer adoption into enterprise value
  • 04Lead complex solution sales cycles across collaboration, security, API governance, and AI‑enabled workflows
  • 05Identify customer pain points and design tailored value propositions demonstrating ROI
  • 06Orchestrate cross‑functional engagement with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
  • 07Track, forecast, and report on account progress, pipeline health, and business results
  • 08Stay ahead of industry trends such as agentic AI, workflow automation, and cloud‑native development
  • 09Partner with stakeholders to drive account strategy and expansion

Требования

  • 0110–15 years of enterprise sales experience with strategic account management and expansion
  • 02Proven track record selling technical/platform products (developer tools, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, security solutions)
  • 03Success in solution selling to senior technology leaders and closing multi‑million dollar expansion deals
  • 04Experience managing long sales cycles and growing large accounts over time
  • 05Ability to navigate complex organizations with thousands of users and multiple stakeholders
  • 06Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with technical teams (solutions engineers, architects, CTOs)
  • 07Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas (security, collaboration, platform, developer productivity)
  • 08Curiosity and fluency in emerging technologies, especially AI/agentic AI and workflow automation
  • 09Strong executive presence and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders
