Senior Solutions Architect - SLED

- 01Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory
- 02Build a comprehensive understanding of customers' goals and objectives, and articulate how our offerings address their needs
- 03Create and own value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
- 04Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution for the territory, from initial discovery to the technical win
- 05Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate their value in sales meetings and at events
- 06Advise the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services
- 07Onboard, educate and enable partners, and support them in sales cycles
- 08Craft collateral, contribute to programs and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs
- 09Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and improvements to our engineering and leadership teams
- 10Deepen both sales and technical skills through education and professional development

- 01A track record of success in a technical presales role
- 02Demonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies
- 03A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner
- 04A history of successful customer relations and devising architectures to meet goals or solve problems
- 05An ability to influence and convince teams of an idea, technology, or architectural pattern
- 06The ability to inspire groups, both large and small
- 07A willingness to travel 40% within region, as well as occasionally internationally
Условия
- 01Compensation is in the form of base salary plus a variable component (On-Target Earnings - OTE)
- 02OTE based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable)
- 03Typical starting OTE range: $153,500 — $242,900 USD
- 04Typical starting base salary range: $107,500 — $170,100 USD
- 05Typical starting Target Variable range: $46,000 — $72,800 USD
- 06Eligibility to participate in Elastic's stock program
