- 01Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to sales team, customers, partners, and community
- 02Understand and solve customers' business issues with the Elastic Stack
- 03Engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs
- 04Enable sales through partners
- 05Build a comprehensive understanding of customers' goals and objectives
- 06Articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs
- 07Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
- 08Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution for the territory
- 09Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions
- 10Advise the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services
- 11Onboard, educate, and enable partners in sales cycles
- 12Craft collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs
- 13Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and improvements to engineering and leadership teams
- 14Deepen sales and technical skills through education and professional development opportunities

- 016+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas
- 02Implementation experience with SaaS platforms using web technologies
- 03Track record of success in a technical presales role
- 04Demonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies
- 05Real passion for being curious and a continuous learner
- 06History of successful customer relations where you developed an understanding of what made a difference
- 07Devised architectures that helped meet a goal, tackle a problem, or outpace competitors
- 08Ability to influence and inspire groups
- 09Willingness to travel 40% within the region, as well as occasionally internationally
- 10Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 113+ years of proven experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- 12Professional experience in architecting/operating solutions built on one or more cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- 13Experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, software development, and operational management practices
- 14US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Условия
- 01Compensation in the form of base salary plus a variable component
- 02On-Target Earnings (OTE) based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable)
- 03Typical starting OTE range: $153,500 — $242,900 USD
- 04Eligibility to participate in Elastic's stock program
- 05Company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings

- 07Typical starting salary range: $107,500 — $170,100 USD
