  • 01Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, Observability and Security solutions within new Public Sector accounts and deepen engagement with existing ones
  • 02Assist users and customers in harnessing the full power of search analytics to transform data into actionable insights
  • 03Position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice by speaking fluently about cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures
  • 04Solve complex data challenges customers face, moving beyond simple transactions
  • 05Articulate the value of advanced commercial features while advocating for Open-Source offerings
  • 06Identify new use cases to showcase how Elastic's solutions enable users to work more efficiently and intelligently
  • 07Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive significant territory growth
  • 08Proactively identify new opportunities and successfully manage complex sales cycles
  • 09Uncover pain, business impact, budget, and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • 10Work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and drive exceptional customer outcomes

  • 01Proven track record of success in SaaS subscription sales in Public Sector/Police/Interior accounts, evidenced by overachievement
  • 02Ability to craft tailored narratives linking Elastic's technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
  • 03Skill in leading high-stakes contract and pricing discussions
  • 04Comfort discussing a broad range of technical topics including security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization
  • 05Adept at establishing credibility with both technical developers and executive leadership
  • 06Consistent, predictable and accurate sales forecasting skills
  • 07Ability to collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and keep CRM up to date
  • 08Ability to create alignment across teams to accelerate deals
  • 09Use of new technologies for performance advantage and deal structuring
  • 10Enthusiasm for the Open-Source model and the community
