- 01Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, Observability and Security solutions within new and existing Public Sector accounts
- 02Be a trusted advisor to users and customers to transform data into actionable insights
- 03Position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice by speaking fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures
- 04Solve complex data challenges beyond simple transactions
- 05Articulate the value of commercial features and advocate for Open-Source offerings
- 06Identify new use cases to showcase how Elastic enables users to work more efficiently
- 07Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems for territory growth
- 08Proactively identify new opportunities and manage complex sales cycles
- 09Conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC
- 10Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
Требования
- 01Proven track record of success in SaaS subscription sales within Public Sector accounts
- 02Ability to craft tailored narratives linking Elastic's technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- 03Experience in leading high-stakes contract and pricing negotiations
- 04Comfort discussing technical topics including security, observability, search, and cloud cost optimization
- 05Adept at building credibility with both technical developers and executive leadership
- 06Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills
- 07Ability to create alignment across teams to accelerate deals
- 08Use of new technologies for performance advantage and deal structuring
- 09Enthusiasm for the Open-Source model
- 10Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company is a bonus
- 11Familiarity with observability or security analytics use cases is a bonus
