- 01Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new Federal Civilian accounts and deepen engagement with existing ones
- 02Position yourself as a trusted advisor, assisting users and customers in harnessing Elastic's search analytics to transform data into actionable insights
- 03Champion Open Source offerings and articulate the value of commercial features
- 04Identify and develop new use cases demonstrating efficiency and intelligence gains from Elastic’s solutions
- 05Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles
- 06Develop comprehensive business plans using community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive growth within the territory
Требования
- 01Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales with quota overachievement and strong customer references
- 02Experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies, specifically the Department of Commerce
- 03Understanding and preferably experience selling Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions
- 04Ability to build relationships and credibility with developers and executives
- 05Consistent and accurate sales forecasting using SFDC
- 06Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and community
- 07Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts in the assigned territory
- 08Bonus: Experience selling within an Open Source model

- 01Base salary plus variable component (50/50 pay mix) with OTE range $188,800 – $298,700 USD
