  • 01Drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new Federal Civilian accounts and deepen engagement with existing ones
  • 02Position as a trusted advisor, assisting users and customers in harnessing Elastic's search analytics to transform their data into actionable insights
  • 03Champion Elastic's Open Source offerings and articulate the value of commercial features
  • 04Identify and develop new use cases showcasing how Elastic’s solutions enable users to work more efficiently and intelligently
  • 05Proactively identify new business opportunities with customers and navigate complex sales cycles
  • 06Develop a comprehensive business plan using community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive significant growth within the territory

Требования

  • 01Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, particularly in complex accounts, with quota overachievement and strong customer references
  • 02Demonstrated experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies, including the Department of Treasury
  • 03In-depth understanding and ideally experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud
  • 04Adept at building relationships and establishing credibility with both developers and executives
  • 05Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC
  • 06Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and appreciation for the community relying on Elastic’s solutions
  • 07Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts in the specified territory

  • 01Base salary + variable component (OTE) with 50/50 pay mix (base salary / target variable)
  • 02Typical starting OTE range: $226,500 — $358,300 USD
  • 03Typical starting salary range: $113,300 — $179,200 USD
  • 04Typical starting Target Variable range: $113,200 — $179,100 USD
