- 01Own end-to-end product marketing efforts for Figma's billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives—including external communications, messaging, and launch strategy for plan updates and new offerings
- 02Craft clear, concise customer communications that help admins and buyers navigate complex changes
- 03Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches that help large organizations manage and scale Figma effectively—ranging from 0 → 1 initiatives to feature enhancements
- 04Equip Sales with the resources they need to position Figma’s Enterprise capabilities with confidence, so they can grow and win accounts
- 05Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns spanning onboarding, activation, and retention
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting Enterprise customers and bringing new products or monetization models to market
- 02Experience crafting customer-facing communications for billing, pricing, or other high-stakes product changes
- 03Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement
- 04Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners
- 05Comfort with complexity—whether that's pricing models, billing logic, admin workflows, or AI features, you're willing to dig in and learn

- 03Annual Base Salary Range: $153,000 — $317,000 USD
