- 01Partner closely with other product teams to develop and execute on a strategy for driving adoption of Figma’s newest and biggest bets
- 02Use data and insights to build a portfolio of experiments and new features that drive users to discover the transformative impact of Figma’s AI features and products
- 03Shape Figma’s growth strategy as our business and product evolve
- 04Lead a fast-executing, impact-driven team
- 05Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution
Требования
- 017+ years of product management experience
- 02Familiarity with current AI-powered product development and a POV on how our industry will evolve
- 03Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products
- 04Track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets
- 05A knack for data and metrics, and strength in translating insights into strategy
- 06Are a strong cross-functional collaborator, both within the product development organization and with marketing / business functions
- 07Have deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces

- 01Annual Base Salary Range: $207,000 — $303,000 USD
