- 01Lead and grow a diverse team of engineers building and advancing Figma’s AI capabilities across core products
- 02Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI Research, and Data Science to define strategy and drive a clear roadmap for AI-powered experiences
- 03Hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and thoughtful risk-taking
- 04Drive 0→1 innovation by identifying opportunities and applying emerging AI technologies to meaningfully improve the user experience

- 013+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing high-performing engineering teams
- 02Proven experience building and scaling AI-powered product capabilities, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- 03Demonstrated track record of driving 0→1 product development, with the ability to translate ambiguous ideas into impactful, production-ready features
- 04Strong ability to build and operate fast-moving teams that balance innovation with execution
- 05Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their application to user-facing products

- 02Based in one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States
- 03Annual base salary range: $258,000 — $376,000 USD
