  • 01Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Sales)
  • 02Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles
  • 03Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals
  • 04Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change
  • 05Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)

Требования

  • 016+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business
  • 02Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in sales organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives
  • 03Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • 04Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience
  • 05Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English is required
