  • 01Architect and execute a category-defining strategy for APAC Retail & Consumer Goods
  • 02Establish C-level relationships with flagship accounts
  • 03Construct an ecosystem of ISVs, SIs, and alliance partners
  • 04Create repeatable motions that accelerate revenue growth across Retail, Consumer Goods, Restaurants, and Wholesale
  • 05Identify and capture programmatic opportunities in demand forecasting, unified customer intelligence, supply chain optimization, and real-time pricing
  • 06Build scalable programs that systematically convert opportunities into revenue
  • 07Identify, cultivate, and scale relationships with partners who will amplify Databricks' reach
  • 08Use rigorous analysis to surface gaps, inefficiencies, and untapped opportunities in the go-to-market approach
  • 09Build feedback loops and improvement mechanisms to compound effectiveness over time
  • 10Create comprehensive, scalable sales initiatives tailored to APAC's diverse geographies
  • 11Establish Databricks as the authoritative voice in Retail & Consumer Goods transformation
  • 12Author white papers, command stages at premier industry events, and engage C-suite executives
  • 13Serve as a trusted advisor across product, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams
  • 14Collaborate with marketing to develop industry-specific collateral, demand generation campaigns, and event strategies
  • 15Build enablement content and coaching programs to elevate the entire verticalized sales organization

Требования

  • 01Senior leadership or practitioner roles in Retail or Consumer Goods
  • 02Experience constructing vertical go-to-market programs on technology platforms
  • 03Ability to deliver measurable revenue growth and customer value
  • 04Experience engaging naturally with CXOs and senior business leaders
  • 05Ability to create trust through substance and translate technical capability into strategic business value
  • 06Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and understanding both the technical and human dimensions of enterprise transformation
  • 07Deep familiarity with the data and AI landscape, retail technology standards, and broader ecosystem trends
  • 08Understanding of key APAC regulatory environments such as data privacy, payments, sustainability, and sector-specific compliance
  • 09Experience managing complex vertical initiatives end-to-end
  • 10Proven ability to train and enable sales teams
