- 01Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to exceed quarterly/annual consumption and booking goals
- 02Lead team, customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases while proving their value on Databricks Data Intelligence platform
- 03Implement customer data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training and Executive engagement
- 04Develop understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions
Требования
- 01Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers
- 02Experience managing and leading complex, federated sales campaigns in major accounts
- 03Experience working in Data, Cloud industries with technical sales experience
- 04Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
- 05Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement models working with professional services and training teams
- 06Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators
- 07Experience building effective champions, collaborative teams and partnerships
- 08Understanding of how to identify key use cases and buying centres in opportunities
- 09Experience following robust sales methodologies and process (account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, forecasting)
- 10Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 11Fluency in English
