  • 01Lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects responsible for key elements of the technical sales cycle
  • 02Grow and develop a dynamic team with expertise in areas including enterprise software, data engineering, and data science/machine learning
  • 03Guide and enhance team effectiveness
  • 04Communicate complex, business value-focused solutions
  • 05Support complex sales cycles and customer architectures
  • 06Build relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations
  • 07Hire, train, and grow a diverse team of Specialist Solutions Architects
  • 08Exceed region's consumption targets by deploying technical experts to drive critical use cases
  • 09Make customers extremely successful with Databricks and provide outsized value to their businesses
  • 10Establish relationships across the business to make customers and team successful
  • 11Grow Databricks platform usage and prevent churn in strategic accounts
  • 12Create positive morale for the team and foster a working relationship between Field Engineering, Sales, and other important internal partners
  • 13Resolve customer questions and concerns on strategic accounts
  • 14Act in a supportive manager capacity, including handling escalations, mentoring team members, and building career paths

Требования

  • 01Experience in senior roles in the data space with a technical product (i.e. data warehousing, big data, or machine learning)
  • 02Experience in leading technical overlay customer-facing teams (team sizes greater than 8), preferably in a pre-sales organisation leading technical engagements
  • 03Trusted advisor to technical executives that guide strategic data infrastructure decisions
  • 04Team player, but able to challenge and define priorities
  • 05Self-starter, challenger, strategic planner & analytical thinker
  • 06Experience in technical qualification, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations
  • 07Experience hiring qualified candidates, ramping them up to be successful, and promoting into larger roles
  • 08Experience working with other teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services
