- 01Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pre-sales team in France
- 02Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture reflecting Databricks’ values
- 03Partner with Sales to drive growth through solution- and value-based selling
- 04Enhance team effectiveness by establishing best practices that improve efficiency and focus on business impact
- 05Build trusted relationships with customer executives and strategic partners
- 06Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Services) to ensure seamless implementation and customer success
- 07Represent Databricks as part of the regional leadership team and contribute to building brand and presence in the market
- 08Coach team to communicate complex ideas clearly and support strategic sales cycles
Требования
- 01Proven experience managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments
- 02Track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling pre-sales or technical field organisations
- 03Understanding of consumption-based business models
- 04Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other cross-functional leaders
- 05Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and native-level French
- 06Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting experience a plus)
- 07Passion for data, AI, and cloud technologies and ability to articulate their business value clearly
