Pre-sales Manager, Field Engineering - Named Accounts

- 01Lead, mentor, and develop an inclusive pre-sales team in Denmark
- 02Foster a collaborative culture aligned with Databricks values
- 03Partner with Sales to drive solution- and value-based selling
- 04Establish and iterate on best practices to improve team efficiency
- 05Build trusted relationships with customer executives and strategic partners as a data, analytics, and AI advisor
- 06Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services to ensure seamless customer experience
- 07Represent Databricks as part of the regional leadership team and enhance brand presence in Nordic markets
Требования
- 01Experience managing or leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS or similar complex technology environments
- 02Proven track record of leading, mentoring and scaling pre‑sales or technical field organisations
- 03Understanding of consumption‑based or subscription business models and their impact on commercial outcomes
- 04Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross‑functional leaders
- 05Strong communication skills in English; Danish is a plus
- 06Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, Data Science or related fields
- 07Consulting or customer‑facing experience is advantageous
