- 01Lead a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across the Qatar & Africa markets
- 02Partner with the sales organization to drive revenue with the right approach
- 03Coach sales and pre-sales teams to work together effectively
- 04Guide and enhance team effectiveness in complex, business value-focused solutions
- 05Support complex sales cycles and build relationships with important partners in large corporations
- 06Hire, mentor, and grow the pre-sales team for the Qatar & Africa markets
- 07Build a motivated collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team
- 08Support increased return on investment of SA involvement in sales cycles
- 09Ensure a solution and value-based selling within the field-engineering organization
- 10Engage with key customer executives to build and strengthen strategic partnerships
- 11Ensure close alignment with partners and internal services to secure implementation strategies within accounts
- 12Continue to build Databricks' brand as a member of the Leadership team in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams across the region
Требования
- 01Experience managing a team of successful Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals
- 02Experience in consumption-based business environments
- 03Experience mentoring and scaling technical teams
- 04Success in instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency and product focus
- 05Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional leaders
- 06Passionate about data and AI market and Cloud software models
- 07Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science
- 08Strong communication skills
- 09Italian native-speaker and fluent in English
